Introduction
Hello and thanks for taking the time to check out the Premium Guitar Blog. As you can tell I am new to all of this, so please have patients with me.
What I am trying to achieve is a definitive guide to guitars, what you are likely to see throughout these posts are a range of reviews from £100 guitars through to £2000 + guitars (electric and acoustic), service and repair tutorials, do's and don't, guide to buying a guitar, amps, accessories, pedals, strings and much much more.
To start I should really introduce myself, so here goes.
My name is Andy Fieldwick, I have been obsessed with guitars from a very early age, it all started with a Jimi Hendrix's vinyl and an unhealthy urge to own a Stratocaster.
I am 29 years old and a guitar luthier/tech, I have been doing this for over 10 years and had the pleasure of training under some very talented guitar makers.(
I currently work out of a shop in Southend on sea called Allegro Music. I look after the guitar department and undertake the repair schedule, I have worked at Allegro Music for 10+ years.
I am pictured left and my colleague Jack Cooper who is a Guitar tech in the Making!
